Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are authorized resellers of all the brands we deal with on our site. You will therefore receive original products, treated with the utmost care and carefully checked before shipping. We ship all over the world.
All orders are handled by the warehouse and taken over by the couriers within 5 working days of receipt of the order confirmation.
Shipping times are estimated times. This means that we are not responsible for any delays due to force majeure. For example: technical problems, delays due to the couriers who manage the shipment / sorting, holidays, weather conditions, etc.

Following each order, the customer will be provided with a tracking number so that the order can be tracked.

It could happen that, once it reaches its destination, the package is subject to customs controls.

In these very rare cases, there may be costs for customs clearance of the order that will be borne by the buyer. These customs fees are calculated according to the purchase value. Customs duties of non-European Union countries are charged to the recipient.

The "Withdrawal in Boutique" service is free and allows the collection of purchases made on the site at our store in Via Gramsci 29-33.

In-store pickup is a selectable option in the final purchase phase.

If you live in Santa Margherita, Rapallo or Portofino, you can take advantage of the free same day delivery options. Place your order by 10:00 for same day delivery between 13:00 and 18:00 (Monday to Friday).

Possibility of fast delivery with extra charge compared to standard delivery.

Return &

Exchange Policy

We accept returns only for non-compliant / defective goods or size changes no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Except in the case of non-compliant / defective goods, the garments must be returned at the expense of the buyer to the address of origin of the goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We make refunds for the entire purchase amount only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are non-compliant or defective. We therefore recommend, in case of receipt of a damaged package, to record a video or take a photo of the package at the time of delivery and sign the receipt of the goods with reserve specifying the reason (e.g. I accept with reserve wet neck, accept with reserve open neck etc. .).
Justifications such as "not to my liking", "I don't like", "color slightly different from the photo" etc. these are not sufficient proofs for the refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations.

Both for the return and for the change of size, the garment must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes the original packaging / case and label, they must not be washed, worn, free of odors / perfumes or damaged in any way. The items must be adequately packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same.

Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected, we reserve the right not to accept any return / request for size change.
The underwear and swimwear cannot be returned and the size change is not foreseen.
